I was just curious on when they take down the decorations? Also what should we definitely do will there over christmas?

You have to check out the Osbourne Lights at DHS while you are there and also check out the different resorts. The Grand Floridian resort has a giant gingerbread house in the lobby.

The Magic Kingdom has their holiday parade during the day and in the evening they light up Cinderella's castle. You can check it out on youtube by doing a search for Cinderella Castle Christmas Lights to see what it looks like.

The Christmas decorations come down a couple of so days after the New Year.

How long are you planning on staying? If you are going to be there for the New Year you will want to go to the Contemporary Resort the night before New Year's Eve and watch the Magic Kingdom's New Year's Eve fireworks from the lounge of the California Grill on the top floor. It has the best view of those fireworks as they shoot them off around the lagoon at midnight.

The New Year's Eve fireworks at Epcot are great and a must see.

I think I saw it in an earlier post; they generally come down the Monday after the weekend after the New Years Day celebration. :xmas:
