When are These Places Actually Open?

We have been looking through menus to make final choices for our March trip and I keep taking note of the "Open Seasonally" spots, mostly at MK. When are these spots actually open? Xmas and summer? We never go during high traffic times of year so there are some places we've never eaten at or seen open.
What are the chances of them being open the first week of March?

The seasonal location are normally open only during peak periods, such as Easter and the holidays.

Yes I have some dietary restrictions and Tortuga Tavern looks like it would fit with me well. Any chance of it being open first week of March? I was hoping Spring Break crowds growing would lead to these spots being open.

Definitely a chance. Tortuga is open pretty frequently for lunch, actually. I've seen it open in January, March, May, and August.

I would think there is a good chance as long as construction is complete in that area which I believe it should be.

Definitely a chance. Tortuga is open pretty frequently for lunch, actually. I've seen it open in January, March, May, and August.

It was open last week (week of August 16) but the Times Guide for this week (August 23) has it as "Temporarily Closed."

If you have special dietary needs, give a call to Guest Services. They should be able to tell you if TT will be open for your trip or, if not, what other restaurant should be able to accommodate you.
