For real though, no it isn't.:p
Please don't hate though! I just want to share my story and possibly hear some of yours.

Anyways, here's my story.

Stitch's Great Escape (Of all rides/shows..I know)

The ride experience was going ok to start with. We watched the pre-show. All good. Scruffy (or Scrappy...whatever the heck the name of the little guy was) moved through the tubes just fine, although he might have been missing S.I.R. somewhat (don't we all:rolleyes::cry:).

Now, we are in the midst of the show. The harnesses have come down. The lights were dimming...and either CMs or random guests were not seated and decided to walk around with flashlights, stand on the sides by the doors looking unimpressed in plain site. And then during, decided to walk back through again as Stitch "escaped", this time to locate themselves to the other door and again stand there looking bored.

I mean, I get it. This kind of thing is to be expected in something like The Tiki Room, but it was just so very odd and sooo out of place to do this in what was supposedly a thrill ride. Heh. SGE...thrill.

Strange was probably my wife and I disrupting the Norway movie and nearly everyone in it looking for my lost wedding ring once (the last year it was still Maelstrom) people helped, and we didn't find it. I told wife that A.) It was on the bottom of the ride at this point and B.) Lets just go enjoy our day, its a guy's ring so it wasnt that expensive-

However she insisted we go to lost and found, which I protested because it was all the way at the front of the park. They had it. Of course they did.

God bless the person/party who found it and brought it to lost and found. A good way to restore faith in humanity.

I was zipping through the Norway movie once and several people actually sat down to watch it... I thought that was strange.

I was a closet Norway movie fan. I absolutely loved the music/score. The last few times I went on Maelstrom and sat down to watch the movie it honestly made me a little sad to see most people just kept walking and left the theater.

Last time we were there (Nov. '17), of course as soon as we got to Space Mtn. for our fast passes, it was down for unexpected repairs...they assured us it would be reopened in an hour or two...as we had time to waste, we boarded the PM and as we passed by the windows into SM, all the lights were on! There were even workers waving at us as we passed by! I ABSOLUTELY made the family reride it again, and since I was prepared this time, filmed our trip past those windows...AWESOME!! Yes, about an hour later, it was back up and running.

The last ride on soarin over california, I was so excited that I was moving my legs around without even realizing it. Oops. At least the CM was calm about it lol. (On a side note: disney if you don't want people moving their legs around on that ride, you guys shouldn't show people doing it in promotional material, I don't think I've seen one where the actors don't move their legs like crazy)

But for odd experiences not caused by me, I think seeing mickey and friends just sort of parade through a crowded main street was kinda odd. Magical for the kiddies, but still a sight to behold.

I am 1/4 Norwegian (my paternal Grandmother was born there). Not only did I watch the movie (and enjoy it) every time, but I forced my kids to as well - "It's your heritage - watch it!"

Should have known your wife was right. They always are.

My story also occurred in SGE. I had gone through the queue and pre-show, and we were moving into the main chamber. When we all got in and started to take seats, there was a guest from the previous showing sitting in one of the seats with a family member and a CM trying to get him to leave the theater. Couldn’t tell whether he was unable or unwilling to vacate, but my impression was that he was handicapped to some degree. Long story short, we waited a few minutes and finally we were directed to leave and were all given a

My 2 DD's and I used to "kick" the fishermen in the stream all the time...no CM ever said anything to us

one time i was on flight of passage and halfway through the video and vehicles just stopped and then the screen went black and everyone just sat there for a few minutes with the uncomfortable foot restraints still on. then cast members came and undid the restraints and escorted us out to a different theater. so everyone got to ride it one and a half times.

I was on Splash one time and it stopped. I was near the end of course. I was a little wet but not too bad, just enough to get that musty Splash Mtn smell going that dries off okay once you get off the ride, but we were stuck. We were so close, I just wanted to jump on the walkway and leave. Anyway, about 20 minutes in to the wait, some guy behind us we couldn't see, starts screaming like hes being murdered. A CM runs out the door and down the walkway to check. I hear laughing in the back but can't hear what was said. Obviously he is just joking. But then he doesn't stop. Like every minute he just screams bloody murder. It was another 15 minutes of this. It was really grating after a few times. People were laughing which seemed to encourage him, and a few others joined in. We finally got moving and I wanted to wait to scream at the guy when he got off, but I wasn't sure who it was.
