QS: Les Halles in France, the lobster bisque with a toasted ham and cheese baguette is my jam.
TS: Boma, love the variety and remember the falafel I tried my first time there fondly.
Character: Ohana breakfast, not big on the characters but it's so nice to sit and eat and look over at MK.
Signature: Haven't actually tried one, but looking forward to a brunch at California Grill.
Snack: The Sand Pail at Happy Landings in Typhoon Lagoon. It's family tradition to end our day there with one.

QS - tough one... sitting on Main St. w/ a foot long Chili Dog from Casey's Corner. But also Les Halles - especially for breakfast when the France pavilion is nearly empty
TS - Sanaa (and nothing else is a close second!)
Signature - Artist's Point
Character - only done Tusker and Chef Mickey's breakfasts - i think i'd go w/ Tusker House (even though Chef Mickey's was my very first time on property)
Lounge - Top of the World
Snack - lately my go-to is the chocolate covered pineapple skewer

Quick service - Katsura Grill (Japan, Epcot)
Table service - Kona Cafe (Polynesian)
Character - Crystal Palace (Magic Kingdom)
Signature dining - Flying Fish (Boardwalk)
Snack options - the ice cream cookie sandwiches you can get in several locations. But does Sanaa bread service count? also obsessed with the cupcakes at Contempo Cafe

TS - I can't pick just one! Maybe Yak & Yeti? Or just about anything around the World Showcase except for France.
Character - Tusker House - preferable lunch
SD - Yachtsmen Steakhouse
Snack - Any cupcake from various locations

Snack: Citrus Swirl (Dole Whip + orange soft-serve)
