-Coffee and danish on the balcony in the a.m.
-Snacking on something from the Main Street Confectionery after a long day of park hopping

At this point I think we spend nearly as much time outside the parks as we do within the gates. On our last vacation, we spent 10 nights at Riverside and were at Downtown Disney at least 8 of those days. We also spend a lot of time at the resorts around Crescent Lake, especially lounge-hopping at places like the Cabana Bar, Bluezoo's lounge and the other Swan/Dolphin restaurant bars. And ALL of our favorite restaurants are outside the parks.

Raglan Road after 9PM...soooo much fun singing, drinking, clapping and having a great time!

Before 9PM is homogenized entertainment but after 9PM the real show starts when the live music goes on and the dancers start to really enjoy themselves.

In the Parks
Yes
Sit on my balcony in the morning and drink coffee just listening to the sounds of Disney waking up. And sitting there again at night as the kids fall asleep and I think about that day and everything we did while enjoying my favorite adult beverage!

Pretty much everything DTD. I could probably spend a whole day there, if I got the chance. Between the Lego store, World of Disney Store, the Toy Store, splitsville, Disneyquest, and the House of Blues. If I crammed all that in I could probably make a day out of it. I like just strolling through all of the shops.

Visit resorts for shopping and dining.
Use the unique transportation options. I never tire of going from one resort to the next via Monorail, but the boats to Port Orleans, Fort Wilderness, and the EPCOT resorts are all a lot of fun as well.
The entire Boardwalk resort in general, and Jellyrolls specifically.
The Art of Disney store at Downtown Disney.
Typhoon Lagoon.
