What's your favorite restaurant?

It has to be California Grill. I'm not sure the atmosphere can be beat in all of Disney. The food is phenominal as well. An added perk are the MK fireworks so try and schedule a meal around that time.

California Grill for me too.

It has a great vibe, nice views, super staff, and wonderful food. Everything needed to be a great restaurant, really...

Kona Cafe! The food was absolutely fantastic (dinner) and the service was spectacular. Also just being at the Poly helps with the less than stellar ambiance of Kona itself. I think it also helps that my boyfriend who likes Disney but is nowhere near the level of this forum, gets really excited for it and it's his favorite too. So seeing him that excited about something in Disney makes me so happy! I'm slowly turning him to the dark side...

I will go off the board here and mention Yak and Yeti at AK. Good TS food and a cool atmosphere. Le Cellier is always a favorite.

Citricos. then cali grill for me. My girlfriend and I go to Disney World for the weekend about 4 times a year and make frequent day trips as passholders. Ate at Lecellier Jan.21. It was horrible. the bill was about the same as citricos or cali would have been. everytime they came out with food they put it down wrong. Salads were switched. Steaks were switched. Out of all the places I have eaten at Walt Disney World this is hands down the most overrated. Will never go back. This place has a long way to go before it becomes signature.

citricos, flying fish, and for what we call a semi-liquid, semi-solid lunch would include la cava del tequila (tapas snacks with great drinks...soooo yummy), and california grill (can't beat the view, atmosphere).

Before I repeat everyone's reply (we LOVE the California Grill as well)...

I'm torn. The Grill has the best ambiance - but Citrico's actually now has the better food.

So - we're cheating :). Every trip, we're hitting BOTH of them twice :).

totally agree these are the two best rest on property excluding V&A's

I love California Grill too!:sohappy: I will be going there over the summer, and my friends and I will be dining during the Magic Kingdom fireworks. I'm so excited! I also like the Biergarten in Germany, it's very good.

Victoria & Albert's

Now that that is out of the way, on to more pedestrian fare.

California Grill / Artist Point - it's a toss up. Different menus - you really cannot compare them. Also, different atmospheres, it depends on my mood at the time.

I have not been to Citrico's yet (I know, the horror). Maybe that will be on the menu (so to speak) this July.
