Definitely Space Mountain, closely followed by Splash and Big Thunder Mountain.

Splash without even thinking too hard. No disrespect to the other ones, they have their charm but Splash combines the best of both worlds. Splash is a ride I have often said is as charming as Small World, as detailed as Pirates (okay close enough though) and not without it's thrills either with the drop at the end and the chance of getting a little wet. Plus is there a better view of the park than at the top of the mountain just before you plunge? I usually do this at night and it is utterly breathtaking

Space Mountain would be my choice if they wouldn't have done this half-...ssed refurb. I loved the ride but the queueing area looks terrible cheap in it's last part. Where is all the carpetfloor-plushy-future-spaceport-feeling gone?
At the moment I would vote for Splash, it is by far the longest ride of all three and BTMR is a classic but also a little too tame.
