Based on my last trip/first trip with my wife in 2013, and what will most likely be the same in 2017 -
MK: Pirates (the day we fly into Orlando and arrive in the afternoon at the parks)
Epcot: Soarin'
HS: Toy Story MIdway Mania
AK: Expedition Everest

MK - Pirates OR People Mover
Epcot - Test Track
Studios - Great Movie Ride

MK is ASTRO Orbiter because it is the only non fast pass with the longest line.

AK is Expedition Everest

HS I go to RRC and ToT while my wife signs the kids up for Jedi Temple.

EPCOT is Test Track because we usually do Fast pass for Soarin

MK- we get on the Railroad at the Main Street stop and do a complete loop around the park before we start our day

In the past...it was 20k Leagues. Present day...it's usually a character M&G for my daughter. If we go to Epcot...it's usually Test Track first...just a great way to get the day started!

Epcot - SSE (always our first ride on first day)
DHS - TGMR

Epcot- Typically Test Track, but sometimes Soarin'.
Hollywood Studios- If we get there around park open, Toy Story Mania. If it's later in the day, Star Tours.
Animal Kingdom- Dinosaur.

We do the parks counterclockwise for convenience in the first week so it usually ends up:
MK: Swiss Family Treehouse (Or Jungle Cruise for actual rides)
EP: Spaceship Earth
DHS: Great Movie Ride (Or Star Tours depending on lines for GMR)
AK: Kilimanjaro Safaris

Second Week:
MK: Space Mountain
EP: Soarin
DHS: Tower of Terror
AK: Everest
