What's the first thing you do when you get to the parks??

I know for DHS we are heading straight to Toy Story to ride it and get FP for later but what about the MK and AK and Epcot?

For MK I am thinking we'll head to Little Mermaid or Peter Pan. Not sure about the others.

We do MK first and take our pic in front of the castle before heading to Fantasyland.

MK- Get FPs for Space (possibly hop on), then head to Fantasyland to knock those attractions out
Epcot- Have certain members get FPs for Soarin', while we head to TT
DHS- Have same members as above get FPs for TSM, while we head to ToT or RnR (maybe both depending on lines)
AK- FP for EE and hop on, then head for KS

Sometimes we get breakfast first, but it's not as common.

grap some popcorn and a guidemap and go to the middle of the circle by the railroad station and soak it all in

I always head to The Magic Kingdom first (I know original right?) and what I want to do more than anything when I first get there is just stand in the middle of Main Street and just soak everything in. Just relish in being "home".

DHS- TSMM

MK: Either head into Tomorrowland for Buzz or Adventureland for POTC

Epcot: Akershus Breakfast (we get in early) and then Test Track

DHS: TSM fastpasses and maybe a quick ride/TOT and Rock 'n' Rollercoaster

AK: Expedition Everest multiple times in a row!

Epcot - Spaceship Earth is always first, then get a FP for TT, and hop in line to ride it.
Ak - Go straight to the Safari to ride.
HS - Straight back to Get a FP for Toy Story, hop in line and ride it.
MK - We always turn left and go to Adventureland and Pirates first.

MK: Space Mountain, Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, or Pirates of the Caribbean (depends on who is with us)
Epcot: Test Track or Soarin'
DHS: Toy Story Mania (grab fastpass; get the first ride in and come back later for the fastpass time); then head to ToT or R'n'R
AK: Kilimanjaro Safari; then go get a fastpass for Expedition Everest

With family, we usually just go straight to Adventureland and work our way around at MK. With friends (and fastpasses), we usually go to get a Peter Pan or Big Thunder Pass first, work through Fantasyland while we wait and move from there!

I always pick up a park map first, even though I don't really need one, I just like to have it!
After that we head to whatever top attraction we have chosen to make sure we enjoy.

I actually grab a map on the way in and out. One to use as a fan if I need it, and one to keep as a souvenir. I actually grab both an English and French one on the way out.

Considering we are big pre-park opening breakfast fans...the first thing we often do is EAT!

We normally get to our resort around 11:00 am so by the time we get to a park we usually grab lunch first. Since we stay at the WL, if I have my way we'll head for the MK and "try" BOG. If DH has his way, we're off to EPCOT and Sunshine Seasons. I guess I'd call that a win-win.

Epcot you have two priorities; Soarin' and TT. FP one then hit the other. If you don't hit these ASAP, especially during busier times... You'll never see 'em.

MK is more loose, FP an e-ticket like SM, JC, BTMR and hit popular stuff like PotC, HM before they pack out.

At DHS, just about EVERYONE runs for TSMM and the fastpass machines. Last trip, the DGF and I were there when they opened and by the time we bolted through the park (getting yelled at by CMs to walk, etc ya know, cause they don't see this everyday and everyone else was keeping pace or passing us), the fastpasses were up to noon already and we luckily only had a 20 minute wait, we actually got to Mr. Potato Head in the queue before we hit the line itself. This was attempt #2 that we made at getting on TSMM by the way.

So, good luck with the same game plan that EVERYONE has for DHS.
