What's Next For DHS And AK??

Since D23 was a complete waste of time for Disney.NOTHING new for WDW at all! Whats your predictions on DHS and AK which both need addictions and changes soon.!
What Disney should Do to the parks:
DHS:
Narnia: Take Out!! NO need to have this movie is 3 years old. waste of space.
SD:One of the worst rides at WDW.
SOA:Needs replaced by a new "land"
MV 3-D: Replaces SD.
Backlot: completely tear it down with a Pixar Place expansion.
OMD: should be put in a big buliding on SSB.
LMA:gets replaced by new "land"

Pixar Place: Monsters Inc. Coaster,HISTK play set replaced by Bugs Life. Pizza Planet were Narnia is now. Were backlot use to be Smaller Cars Land.

Part Of SOA would be transformed into a cartoon area with Mickey and Minnies houses recovered. With a much better themed "land" then MTTF. Would include 2 or 3 attractions not sure what to be themed by or what kind of ride. (you decide).

Other Part of SOA (YOU DECIDE).

DAK:
Dino Land: Replace CAH Dino area. With a Dino mountain(a BTM style coaster) with AA around the mountain. You decide other rides. I was thinking 2 or 3 more rides. Around the lagoon should be a WOC style show with Disney animal characters.

CMM: YOU DECIDE.
Any Other Ideas??

Are you planning on completely changing the setting and backstory of Dinoland? Why do you need time travel to see actual dinosaurs if they're roaming the mountains outside?

Well it depends all on Potter if Universal is at the same ridiculous numbers this time next year and WDW has about the same numbers, then I think WDW will be in a full on panic mode and I think radiator springs racers will be greenlit for the studios. There is a real threat that Islands of Adventure could surpass AK or Studios in annual attendance in the next few years. I Pray that this happens, because sadly this could be the only thing that lights a fire under the suits. Out of all the attractions the most probable to be built would be radiator springs racers. Cars is without a doubt the most successful pixar movie behind toy story, so this has a good chance of happening in my mind if Universals numbers are still shattering records this time next year.

Sadly so do I. What I hope happens is they start seeing total vacation package purchasers decreasing their park tickets.. IE: Staying 10 days on property, but only buying 5 day park hoppers. That might give them a good indication that guests are no longer staying completely in the "World" and are possibly venturing off to other parks not in the "World"

Personally, I think they should replace Sounds Dangerous with "The Naptime Spectacular" sponsored by LazyBoy. It would consist of Nap Pods similar to those in Japan for quick 1 hour recharges. :cool:

Its better than CAH Dinorama. And it could be a nice thrill ride which AK lacks of thrill rides.Lots of people would rather have a nice coaster with AA. than what DL has already. i could be a nice E-ticket.

DAK needs more family rides, not thrill rides. A few C-ticket/D-ticket ground rides would be nice.


And there's no reason to demolish part of DAK when there's plenty of room for expansion. :wave:

Disney does need more of family rides thats for sure. SWSD coaster is a good example of how Disney is creating a family style coaster. But DL and CMM should get rethemed. DL shows no AK style theming,and should get replaced by other rides and etc. That are about the real prehistoric times,not about a carnival.

Both Up and Incredibles also outperformed Cars at the domestic and global box office. Either or both could be the basis for great attractions.

What would people say to an Up ride, with the vehicles being smaller scale houses with balloons on them and a ride going through South America? Maybe they could use the Kuka arm or something. :lol:

Why can't the ride be based on South American landscape? Why would they be in balloon cars? :lol:

Why a cars land? Why not a syndrome's lair type ride or something? A slow / omnimover type ride that could be the transport cubes would be awesome. Carsland should be for DL.

Really!? Why does everybody think that box office revenue matters!? I meant overall cars is the most successful movie/franchise behind toy story. Think merchandise sales? Hell dca is adding an entire land themed to cars that's how successful the movies are. 10 BILLION in merchandise sales! It is without a doubt the second most successful movie or franchise for pixar. The Walt Disney Company says so themselves. I promise you radiator springs racers or a modified version is the front runner to be the potter swatter.

Narnia and Sounds Dangerous both HAVE to go....I mean, its a joke. Idol needs to go too, they added this waaay too late. Its so overdone now. Who needs it. HS has so much more potential.

I feel like, with the exception of Tower of Terror and a couple of other attractions, you more or less just pay to walk around the Park and thats it. They need to turn Sounds Dangerous area into a new VILLAINS ride or attraction. Like the Spider-Man ride in Universal, but with Disney Villains battling you and either Mickey or a bunch of Disney Heroes. They should also bring Roger & Jessica Rabbit into the park. Bring their ride to WDW!

AK just needs an expansion like Australia, etc and a couple of new atractions. I feel Dinoland needs a pick-me-up too. I know most hate it, but I think it has more potential. They REALLY should bring back?...the mystical Fantasy area that was planned, too. That would have been one of the best areas and has amazing potential. A ride where you could fly on the back of a dragon, see Unicrons, etc.
