I would take out Animal Kingdom and MGM and most of the hotels and condos that went with them. I'd take the few good attractions from those parks and put them at MK and EPCOT, expanding them.
Then I'd build another park somewhere else warm -- maybe in the Bahamas, where I would ferry people from SE Florida to an isolated "magical" island, where I would charge them for everything I possibly could.
Or maybe I would just leave it all.

I would love to see the:
Skyway,
Horizons,
original JII,
Better yet Original Futureworld,
overhull of the Anamatornics,
Remove the Hat,
Remove the Epcot sign over SE,
Remove AK,
keep Sunset Blv but Fix the original large hidden mickey that was Disney MGM studios hub.
Bring back original back stage tour,
And i can say more but it would require me to end up with hurting hands,

oh i would Remove the Value resorts, and make the moderate resorts become the prices of Value, and lower the price of Delux by like $30 and then rase the price of their resturaunts $2, and they would make the cash back,

That's a good one! I'm hating seeing McD's in the parks! I don't eat that stuff at home, much less wanting to pay 3 times the price to eat it at Disney!

I would refurbish the 20,000 Leagues ride and bring it back with new subs and new animatronics, and fill the lagoon so you don't see the top of it during the ride.
I'd bring back the original JII.
I'd put a theater in next door to HISTA and play Captain EO in it.
I'd undo the fact that the AK lodge was built and put the money towards building Beastly Kingdom. AK Lodge would be phase three or something.
I would greenlight "Roger Rabbit's Hollywood" for Disney MGM.
I would lower food prices and pin prices across the resort.
I would slow down construction overseas to develop the park plans further.
I'd market CoP more to get more people into it.
I'd update the jungle cruise with better animatronics, and re-install some old ones (like the gorilla vs. the crocodile that was near the "pride rock" (if you want to call it that).
I'd bring the Indiana Jones ride to WDW!!
Definetly bring back Early Park entry!
Where I would get the money to do this would be beyond me. I've already lowered food prices!
I would also cut the number of cheap animated sequels and transfer people to work on new projects.
And I would close California Adventure for a re-working of the park. A whole overhaul.
Work would begin on Western River Expedition!!!!!!!

I would undo DCA,
I would undo Disney land ever starting construction at Hong Kong, and their desision to build a disney seas in china,
I would undo their desision to build a cut back theme park Ever,
I would undo Pressler ever beaing moved out of the Disney stores,
I would undo All the Bad Disney Movies, excluding the Black caundrin. but including atlantis,
I would undo the storie bord and make it a more disneyish storie to those bad movies,
I would undo eisners idea not to have Katsenberg (Spelling) to not become head of anamation.
And finally I would undo The modifications to POTC and make the WDW version like the original one, And never have it change unless it will fix only the story line,
(Oh and never remove the scene/line with We Wants The Read Head. i love it,)

Print better guidemaps.
I would "undo" the current generic guidemaps for each park and change them back into dated guidemaps with better detail. The WDW "Transportation Guide/Map" also suffers from lack of detail. The new generic maps come with a paper insert that updates the attraction times from week to week. The old maps had that information included on the glossy map.

I would have to agree with everything that you had said. Animal Kingdom is too small and needs more rides. I was saddened to see that Horizons and World of Motion had been shut down. The new Journey Into Imagination is not as good as the old Journey Into Imagination. I wish they had not gotten rid of 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.
