If I can't have Cinderella's castle, I would have to say either the machine that make's the Dole Whips (for my husband, of course) or the dog with the darn keys from PotC.

Does the monorail count as a ride? If so, then I'll take that.
If not, I know I'm going to want the animatronic Mr. Potato Head from Midway Mania. It'll go perfect with my 5000+ Potato Head collection...
I'd also like to have the stationary bikes from Wonders of Life where you could pedal your way through Disneyland. What great exercise that would be!
