Filet filet filet filet filet....that photo early on had me instantly transported back....BEST steak I have eaten and whilst I have a favorite steak spot here at home...this surpassed...think it was the marinade or something...but I certainly would ask for it w/o mushrooms if you don't like...the steak alone was superb and for me the mushrooms were a bonus.:king:

It is Disney after all. I should ask the server, "so, for a guy who doesn't like
mushrooms, how would you prepare a filet for me?" Maybe this time-lost
maple recipe would be the ticket, or I dunno.

If you look closely, you will see ossification of the 3rd vertabrae of the chine bone. This carcarss is too old to be Prime. I say again Hard Bone !.

I love the filet with the mushroom risotto. I also liked it with the BBQ over the cream cheese mashed potatoes. When they were serving the filet both of those ways, I requested the filet without the BBQ over the mashed potatoes. So I would think that as long as they have the cream cheese mashed potatoes, you could get the filet with those rather than the risotto.

I was thinking the exact same thing. If the ATM machine isn't open at 3PM in the afternoon, I won't be able to use my PIN number and I'll have to revert back to the complete opposite--namely reverting back to getting money from my IRA Account, unless I get a free gift of a meal there. I wonder if that added bonus of a free gift will be the final outcome? I hope so, if I eat too
much I might end up in the ER Room. With an au jus stomachache.:lol:

My husband got the New York Strip and said it was very good, but he liked my filet way better. But since "fungus" isn't your thing , I'd go with the NYS.

I also recommend the Red Maple for your drink (aka raspberry happiness in a cup) ...and the Chocolate Whiskey Cake is THE BEST!
