We're going for a more casual trip next time around (we're mainly snack people anyway), but I can't wait to try out a lot of the new stuff at Disney Springs.

So far, we're looking at:
BOG (lunch, though we may switch to breakfast)
Trader Sam's
Daily Poutine
B.B. Wolf's Sausage Co.
Aristocrepes
D-Luxe Burger
Amorette's Patisserie
Sliders to the Stars (I don't think it'll be open while we're there, though)
Sci-Fi Dine-In (we've done this one before... I know the food's so-so, but we love the atmosphere)
KarmelKuche (okay, so this is for snacks and not actual food... but their caramel corn is the best I've ever had)
Food and Wine kiosks
Yak N Yeti
Harambe Market

My bucket list restaurants for future trips include:
Garden Grill
Ohana
The Boathouse
Hoop Dee Doo Revue
Trail's End (breakfast)
Chef Mickey's
Beaches and Cream
Jungle Navigation Co. Ltd. Skipper Canteen (Maybe? I was so excited about this one, but a lot of the reviews have really put me off)

Did anyone here ever try bongos cuban cafe for a sit down meal? I've done the quick service and really enjoyed it so wanted to try the sit down.

We're not really trying anything new this trip. Although I guess if you want to include Trader Sam's... that's a new one for us.:) I want to try Skipper Canteen, Tiffins, and DLuxe Burger plus Morimoto Street Food ( for the sushi). Of all of the others listed, a must try is Jiko. It is a signature dining experience that is the best IMHO.:) 'Ohana is one of our favorites ( yummy shrimp and "potstickers").:)

My trip is next month.

A bunch of return visits:
Biergarten
Plaza Restaurant (lunch)
Be Our Guest
Coral Reef
Brown Derby
Akershsus Royal Banquet Hall (breakfast)
50s Prime Time
Blue Zoo

First time visits:
Narcoossee's
Via Napoli

I'm sorta bummed we don't have one or two more new places on our list, but it's tough. And we love all of the places we are returning to.
Narcooosee's was originally an Artist Point reservation. This change was my doing. I hope I am right. Menu looked better.
California Grill must happen. Some day.
There is still a possibility of squeezing in Tiffins although I am not sure.

Now have a Tiffins lunch added!

My list is pretty long, we have a habit of going back to places we love all the time, but the past few trips, we've made sure to try at least two new places each trip! My next trip I will be trying Sanaa and Restaurant Marrakesh with my mom! I'm really excited because DH doesn't usually go for that kinda food.
My list is
Cinderella's Royal Table
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall
Artist Point
Beaches and Cream
The Boathouse
Boma
California Grill
Captains Grill
Coral Reef Restaurant
Dinning with an Imagineer
Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show
Gastons Tavern
Hollywood Brown Derby
Jiko
Rose and Crown
Sanaa
Victoria and Alberts
Yatchmens Stealhouse
