What Not to miss at Wilderness Lodge

Ok so.... here I am, over 200 days out from our November trip... staying at Wilderness Lodge Villas for the very first time and SO looking forward to it. (Of course, I will visit my beloved Poly during our stay!) I know the Poly grounds and must dos very well, but am completely clueless as to what things I should expect at WL. I already have an idea as to what to order from Garden Grocer to utilize a kitchen. (We're talking donuts for the boys, soda and water here... I am NOT cooking LOL)
During our vacations at Disney, we do a pool day, followed by an Epcot evening. So tell me, all of your wonderful WL lovers, what should we experience??? And up front, let me thank my wdwmagic sista @poohlover for suggesting WL to me and my family :)

The mickey waffles were there last September, I had the chocolate lovers, mickey waffles, whipped cream, chocolate sauce and chocolate chips!!!! A great healthy way to start the day!
I know, we had them them too last September. Since we don't do Whispering Canyon for breakfast, we will miss them. Boo Hiss!

My list:

1. Getting coffee or hot chocolate from Roaring Fork after a long day at the park and sipping it fireside in one of the rocking chairs in the lobby
2. Standing on the bridge over the "hot spring" in the lobby
3. Shop in the store, look for WL exclusive items
4. Take a walk at night and follow the waterfall to the stream to the pool
5. Play in the pool, especially in the deep in where the stream flows in - it pushes you in the water
6. Check out the geiser
7. DEFINITELY take the boat to MK. Just being on the pier alone is fun
8. I've never seen the Electrical Water Pageant from WL, I've always seen it while leaving MK, but it's very cute
This ALL sounds so great!!!!!!
