I couldn't think of the words for Molecular Gastronomy. Not enough caffeine in my system and a late night with a dog way to scared of storms make my brain not work properly. But I definitely think it would be awesome to have a restaurant that showcased the latest up and coming chefs showcasing talents for new and inventive ways of cooking. And the Contemporary would be the perfect place to showcase them.

Maybe not the general public (which I am one that would probably go only out of curiousity), but I have seen enough people who are OBSESSED with the Haunted Mansion that I think they could definitely keep a restaurant busy year round.

Very true people r into zombies and stuff. There was a zombie walk at my local mall yesterday. Which was the mall for the orginal dawn of the dead. But people r crazy for it and would be a cool restaurant as long as it is not Nightmare before Xmas bc then we would have nothing but emo kids around.

*sighs* If Hercules was more successful, I would've pictured a Greece pavillion in Epcot and a Greek restaurant to go with it. I do wish for a greek restaurant in WDW to increase the variety and I do like Greek food in general. Moussaka, gyro and souvlaki are my favorites Greek dishes to eat. Maybe even Korean food perhaps.

Isn't cat kors restaurant Greek not to sure on that but I believe it is.

Love me a gyro one of my favorite things in the world and stupid auto correct on my phone it keeps changing stuff I need to proof read more.

A full service BBQ restaurant. I know that there is Whispering Cannon at WL, but i am talking about a real dedicated BBQ restaurant. One with really good smoked foods such as; Whole racks of Ribs, Chicken Sausage, Brisket, Etc...

I agree. Something like that should be for Downtown Disney/Disney Springs.
