There has already been a thread asking what CM job people wouldn't want, but what is your ideal CM role. Mine is definatly the Haunted Mansion or Tower of Terror; adding alittle live spark to those attractions would be a dream come true. Also a Guest Relations Cast Member/Tour Guide b/c I love working with people and troubleshooting. What's your thought

I myself would want to be a Bellhop at Tower of Terror! I have a great personality and I could get into the charachter VERY well. Welcome to the Hollywood Tower we hope you "Drop By" again!:drevil:

And I hope to have the same job that Epcot82Guy had in a year or two. Otherwise, I'd love to be either a TOT bellhop or a HM butler. I love how those two roles integrate into the stories of the attractions.

I would want to work...
...as a crowd-control CM at either Spectro, Wishes, SADCT, MJJP, S&MC, I:ROE, or Fantasmic!
...any gift shop
...FastPass CM
...WWTABM:PI! host or regular CM
...any CM that gets to speak in the mic and say "Momentarily the doors to your **direction** will open towards you automagically." then once inside the theater, "Ladies and Gentlemen, Walt Disney World proudly presents **attraction name**." and afterwards, "Ladies and Gentlemen, please gather all of your personal belongings, grab small children by the hand, and step out to the doors to your **direction**. Have a great day here at **park**."
I truly hope to be a part of the CP. My brother did it and he worked several places. The only one I can remember is Pecos Bill Cafe!

I would also like to work at the Haunted Mansion or the Tower of Terror. It seems like it would more fun than some other rides since you get to 'act' a little bit....and you also don't have to smile all day!!

well...

I would want to be Tigger :P Ideally I would want to be Peter Pan but I don't think I could pull that off. Robin Hood would be great too... but pretty sure normally a girl is inside that costume and while I am fairly small for a guy... not sure I am that small.

My dream job would be working at Animal Kingdom with the Elephants, Tigers, Lemurs, and the Scarlet, Blue and Gold, and Hyacinth Macaws.

Barnum asked me in another thread if I would do that all at the same time and I said:

Yeah! I'll ride on the elephant's back while petting the tiger with a lemur on one arm and 3 macaws on my other arm

I'd love to be the one who "catches" tink at her castle landing.

But seriously I'd like most to be in imagineering/ construction. The person who actually designs and sculpts the cool looking stuff like the alien from AA, or Stitch, or maybe the dinosaurs. Getting paid to create ;) Hell, I'd even like to design the castle or building facades.

Another cool one would be fireworks control for illuminations. :D

i am in the process of cm with my friends at gmr or blt. i would like hm but i don't want to deal with the costume in the florida weather. i also wouldn't mind if they put me on the back side of water aka the jungle cruise. either way MK or MGM i'll be with friends. :sohappy:

SECURITY, what wouldn't I give to drag out the ignorant scum who barge in front of people twenty seconds before the start of every parade. Saying that though, I find that whispering 'get out of my fecking way and learn to try and secure a place much earlier next time' in their ear, in my gentle Scots accent, tends to work every time.

For years I've said 'gum scraper'...you know who I mean: white uniform, putty knife on a stick, walk around and scrape up the gum on the pavement. Low pressure, no quotas, no cell phone or pager for emergencies. Walk around, smile at everyone. See the gum, scrape the gum. Simple. I'd pay them for that job.
