What is this construction site?

While spending my evening staring at Microsoft Live maps, I saw this construction site East of the Caribean Beach Resort. I may have missed the news of somebody else's resort being built inside the property, but what is it???:shrug:

That would be the Bonnet Creek Resort.

I'm curious, how do you zoom in like you can with google earth? Also the pic's has some age on them. They haven't started the construction next to the contemporary yet.
