There are gonna be bumps in the road during our expensive WDW vacations.... and its good for people to share those stories as well. :) :wave: :lookaroun :p

just to to make a correction the letter does not go to burbank it goes to Team Disney@WDW. Where it is sorted and sent to the appropriate location. For instance, a guest emails about a paticular cm that made their stay extra magical while staying at a disney resort. The letter is emailed to the General Manager, Operation Manager and the Front Desk managers(if it was a front desk cm or the food and beverage manager if is was a restuarant manager). So a letter actually goes to more people.

No, Jer, I'm not asking for cutesy wutesy stories. I am thinking that people could follow the advice you were so staunchly trying to enforce before about people putting ALL their bad cm stories in one thread. (Which I think is what SHOULD happen) When I open my new messages page and four out of the however many are on the front page are crappy cm stories, I just have to darrel. It gets old, that's all.

Oh, OK... On the part of shoving em all in one thread.... yes... I agree 100%, but everytime I suggest that, I get flamed :(
