What is a PAL Mickey?

Essentially, PAL Mickey is a plush toy you can purchase at WDW that, as you take it around, interacts with you; i.e. offering advice as to show/parade times, different attractions/restaurants/stores in your vicinty, trivia games, etc. (I think)
