deal or no deal is co-produced by NBC, airs on NBC, and is co-distributed by Universal.
NBC is a Universal company.
I heard a rumor Universal has some kind of theme park in the Orlando area.

I would love to see another "game show" in there. Just not sure about Deal or No Deal. I personally don't watch it that often and I don't think it's nearly as big as Millionaire was. We only saw Millionaire once and we loved it, too bad it closed down.

To be serious for a minute, I doubt it would ever happen, even if Disney owned the rights to the show. Millionaire was once as popular as Deal or No Deal is now. I think the same thing that happened to Millionaire would happen to Deal or No Deal. The show would be very popular at first, but when the show lost popularity and eventually went off the air, the Disney show wouldn't be very far behind it.

What if......Disney got smart and never made another poor attraction based on a "fad" TV show? Boy that would be great.

A simian version would be more interesting than the real thing.
The UK version is less glamorous than the American version - no leggy ladies holding the suitcases.

I think Disney should make a game show were you pick a monkey to pick suitcases!!! That would be the best show ever then they could kick Nemo out of AK and put the show in there!!!!

If it's anything like the American version, you're totally right. I love how these people who are soooo in need of money suddenly turn down tens of thousands of dollars like they've been insulted. I just can't watch it!

The rules are the same, but instead of the leggy models holding the cases, it's other contestants that hold them.
So we don't even get the eye candy, just the dull show.
But it's a huge hit.
