What fee does the refrigerator at the Pop cost?

We are planning our vacation at the World that begins in 4 weeks and includes 6 nights at the Pop and 4 nights at the Polynesian. We read in the official Disney-site that the refrigerator in the Pop costs an extra fee but couldn't find anywhere on the site how much this fee is. Does anyone know?

So what exactly do you get by staying at a Good neighbor hotel?

You don't get the EMH or meal plans. So what perk if any do you get exactly?

I had thought about Regal Sun and Best Western LBV but both have resort fees for things I will not use. Thought there was a Holiday Inn there also.

Here is the list I thought were there.

Regal Sun
Best Western LBV
Royal Plaza
Hilton Orlando Resort LBV
Holiday Inn in WDW Resort
Double Tree

So the only difference in your list and mine is I have Holiday Inn instead of Buena Vista Palace.

Of course if finances do not get better I will end up at Comfort Inn LBV which is A pretty good hotel. Have stayed there several times last visited Dec 2009 with the updated rooms so a good choice also.Thank you again for all your help Belle. It is appreciated.
