What exactly is concierge service?

I understand. I was the same way before our first cruise. Thankfully, I had a fabulous friend of a TA to put up with me. LOL! Ask all the questions you like. Don't be shy. We were all first timers once. And honestly, would any of us be here if we weren't a little crazy about our travel & planning?

We did our first Disney Cruise this past December and went all out booking Suite 12502. Like you my family always prepares and expects the worst to happen.

The realty was that it was near perfect with Andy and the rest of the concierge staff. We had such a great time we booked back to back cruises for January 2015 on the concierge level. Andy is very friendly and extremely capable, if he is there deal with him as he will make whatever you need happen.

Do not worry at all as you will have an amazing time. Also, start saving now and prepare to book another cruise (or two) while on board. I would also recommend that you book a cabana on Castaway Cay, you will have the best chance at getting one as a concierge guest and we found it worth the extra expense. Hope you have as great a time as we did.

We have Suite 12502 also. I have decided that I am going to try to get a cabana. I like the idea of being able to get out of the sun if I want. I know I'll be booking another cruise after this.
