It used to be everywhere, the old symbol ,the world with ears on top.I believe there was a large one at the Monorail and Ferry boat loading area. There was always a special feeling whenever you saw that symbol.I know for a fact that 2 years after Epcot opened the symbol was still being used. But lose track of when I saw it used last.

I really do miss the "mouse ears" globe, it has a LOT more character than the current Walt Disney signature logo used currently. They should bring back the mouse ears globe in some form or another, since it was a symbol for Walt Disney World itself!

Does anyone know why the mouse ears globe logo was changed to the Walt Disney signature logo a few years back? That was a great logo, and the globe with the mouse ears really symbolized WDW as Disney's vacation destination of the world! Oddly enough, Disneyland still has the same logo it had when it opened half a century ago.
