What do YOU want the 5th gate to be?

1. A new E-ticket, and several smaller rides at MK
2. Finish the updates of the pavilions in Epcot. A couple of new rides in World Showcase too.
3. 2 new E-tickets and a few D and C tickets at DHS
4. Same as DHS with AK, plus pandas added to Asia in a new trail around the base of Everest.

^ Exactly^

No new park is needed. How depressing is it when you go to MK and see the empty Skway buildings, Adventurland Terrace, El Pirata and Diamond Horseshoe sitting there not being used. Then go to Epcot and see the Oddyse and WOL empty and rarely used. Don't forget ride buildings not complete in Germany and Japan. DHS which is a just a mess and AK needs more to do. A lot more and some restaurants!!

Too much needs to be done on the existing parks before the thought of a new park.

HEAR! HEAR! DHS and AK need lots of TLC and new life breathed into them. So WDW Imagineers - listen up!

But if I had a dream regarding it - maybe a Journey Through Time would be interesting. Using the Hub concept like MK and do areas like Roman, Medieval, etc. Might be fun - of course Universal already stole my Harry Potter theme idea - ha!

I wish Disney would buy our local theme park Worlds of Fun which was loosely based on Around the World in 80's Day from Cedar Rapids and make it the amazing park it had the potential to be.

I would like a mixture of disneysea and beastly kingdom with a section for the villans, with trill rides,3d rides, and family rides something for everyone. Even a harry potter section. So what universal stoled it!

Water Themed

I would like to see a 5th gate themed to water, like Tokyo Disney Sea, but WDW could be creative, come up with a name like Disney's Seven Seas Adventure, or Disney's Ocean Adventure, or Disney's Discovery Cove. I would like to see a Disney Sea type theme park built in orlando, I think it would be a smash hit.

That would be immense. And also we could go visit imaginationland. I'd want to meet butters as well.

pandas would not do well in the florida heat and humidity. dak will not have any animals that would not thive well in the florida climate. also, i keep seeing posts that say that dak needs more be a "whole day" park. if people would actually take there time to look at the animal it would take an entire day to get throught the park. after all the main attractions at dak are the animal! they are the reason that dak exists.

dak needs more attractions in the sense that there is really nothing to do there at night...i went to emh in december there for the first time because i wanted to experience everest at night. i rode it a couple of times and then dinosaur and was pretty much bored because there was nothing else to do. and i love going to dak it is by far one of my favorite parks to go to but at night its just plain and simple boring

does dak really need to be open at night? the park is is open to 7 or 8 pm during peak seasons. have people become accustom to mk being open later than midnight that the other park need to follow suit? if so, why not focusing on epcot and dhs, and having them staying open to the wee hours of the morning.

Heading for the great escape.
If I was that fussed about animal education I would do a tour to Africa rather than the glorified zoo. AK is entertainment with a hint of information for those who dont have the BBC or Discovery channels.

Well, you must be visiting a different DAK than I do because there is far more than just a hint of animal and conservation information. The info is everywhere. It is just presented in an entertaining way. The animals are the reason that the park exists (other than Disney making money). It just amazes me that people overlook the fact that the animals are the main attraction, e-ticket attractions if you will. It people would take the time to look at the animals, learn about them, and appreciate them then it would take an entire day to see and do everything at DAK. Keep in mind that DAK was closing in on DHS in terms of attendance before EE.

i have been working on a design for this sort of park. i had two new name ideas: Disney's Epic Seas or Port Disney. the latter was the original concept name for what is now Disney Sea. anyway, in my design it is wedged in between Bay lake and Seven Seas Lagoon in the large vacant spot behind Fort Wilderness (Southeast of 7 seas). i envisioned the new centerpiece being a giant spherical aquarium, like some early concept art depicts.

Whatever it is I am sure it will be amazing. I don't want them however to create a park all about thrills. Let's keep the magic, give all that to Disneyland or something;). Also at the end of one of the tv shows there is a picture of the Statue of Liberty. I hope they don't create a park about the greatness of America...how does that tie into Disney. Well I trust the imagineers will create something incredible.

I've never liked the idea of a Villains park either. Not only would it be a tremendous stretch to link all these villains from different times and places under a cohesive theme, it also doesn't sound like a thing Disney would do. What, would the villains win at the end? Or would every ride end with some form of horrible defeat for the villain in question? It's never sounded like a good idea to me... people just say "Villains Park" without thinking of the logistics involved.

I agree 100%. I think a Villains park is a TERRIBLE idea. It would never work. Heck, some people keep suggesting a villains land which I think is terrible too. I don't get why its such a popular idea.

The fifth gate should not be built until the other four parks are improved like other people have suggested.
