Due to a great deal, I am now on the DDP for 2008. What do you think of my dining "intinerary" and do you have any suggestions for alternative (I have 6 credits for each, but my table service is adding up to 7) ? Take out CRT or Narcoossee's ... which one? I do want a character meal though!

Table Service:
CRT Breakfast (2)
Narcoossee's dinner (2)
Boma dinner (1)
Kona Cafe breakfast (1)
Le Cellier dinner (1)

Counter Service:
Cosmic Rays (1)
Sunshine Seasons (1)
Backlot Express (1)
Columbia Harbour House (1)
ABC Commissary (1)
Yak & Yeti (1)

Thanks

You could always pay for a lesser expensive meal (Kona) in order to use credits for the 2 credit meals. That's what we plan to do. We plan to pay for CP and use 2 credits for CRT.

Tusker House will be a buffet by 2008. I think it will probably require a table service credit at that point.

Ahhh, which one is to be half TS and half CS? Tusker or Yak & Yeti? I was planning on trying the one with the CS half.

Well if I had to drop one of your table service from a 2 point to a 1 point - I would drop Narcoossee's. While I know some people would disagree, I just never felt like I got that great a meal there the few times I have gone. It was decent food, but just maybe not particular to my pallet. I found better seafood at the coral reef.

As for what to suggest as a replacement, that sort-of falls into why were you going to Narcoossee's? (more formal dining? fireworks viewing? food selection?)

If you want a character meal, is there are any particular characters you want? You will be getting the princesses at the castle of course.

The rest of your selections are wonderful and should make you a very happy diner :)

I picked Narcoossee's for the Steamed Maine Lobster :slurp: ... as well as the fireworks and quick trip from the Poly. I've been to Coral Reef, and it is not a place I would want to dine in alone.

Most definately,

Coral Reef is definitely a friends, family, or date type restaurant. :) It would would be a bit depressing if attended alone. So I completely understand!

that's great that the dining plan will be a good deal for you. Being a in-stater, I usually just break out the DDE and eat away!
