I find it a bit too gooey... I can get the same information here with less effort. Searching their site is not very reliable.

There are some useful tidbits on there but the lag time in getting answers and the fact that they have all been drinking from the water cooler filled with magic Disney Cool-Aid makes me prefer things on a free form forum. There is much less...well, lets just say "softening" that goes on here at WDWMagic and I like that I can get honest answers from folks who are not towing the corporate line.

The two times I did ask questions they were very helpful though.
