The magic shop that was on Main Street in the Magic Kingdom. As a really small kid, I remember thinking it was amazing. I later learned it was called the House of Magic.

I think it'd be great if Twenty Eight & Main made a House of Magic T-shirt.

"El Gran Magnifico"

Mr Flibble is Very Cross.
River Country, The Empress Lilly, The Adventurers Club, Toad.........and Veggie Veggie Fruit Fruit.

While sorta related to WDW, I miss when The Wonderful World Of Disney used to air on ABC and lasted for a very long time. The block always made me excited for Sunday nights just like Saturday Morning Cartoons. Heck Wonderful World Of Disney was my first exposure to Walt Disney World since I first seen Disneyland from the Disney Sing Along Song video that was shot at Disneyland in 1990.

I miss Mr. Toad. Snow White. Toontown. Definitely those. Sometimes the Magic Kingdom is guilty of trying too hard to have open space that they don't leave enough room for some of our favourites. You could have these in there and still have plenty of room.
I remember walking in Toontown and Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs skipping past everyone. Good times!!!! Good times!!!

It was my favorite parade. Loved the music, colors and theme.

I loved the music it's sounds so energetic especially "Strange Things"

Wow, I didn't realize Toy Story was so old! My son (who was born in 1996) used to LOVE that movie. During a hospital stay when he was 3 he watched it over and over! I will never forget that. He'll be 21 next April.

As a kid I used to love looking for our bus

View attachment 85827

We always loved hearing directions-"Well, you take the brown flagged bus to the blue flagged bus".
And I miss so many things-all the character meals that we went to on our first trip in 1987 are now defunct. I especially miss shouting "Wake up, you silly Moose!" at the Melvin the Moose character breakfast at FW. I miss the double-decker bus we rode in Epcot WS, the skyway, "Tomorrow's Child", and "We Are Future Corps!"

I remember for the 15th Anniversary they brought out other characters such as Thumper with Miss Bunny along with Doug from UP near the Mickey finale.

I still have my coupon for a free Coke that I won at the 15th anniversary-think they'd still honor it? Thinking back, what I also really miss from that first trip was that when you left a theme park, they'd stamp your hand so that you could get back in (or get in at another park). Then, if you went anywhere that had a black light, you could see your stamp.
