What do you miss??

So many good choices after reading four pages....I do miss things like Mr. Toad, the old Skyway, the original Journey Into Your Imagination, etc. But two things my family and I REALLY miss, A)The bus drivers for the resorts, back in the day...they were very entertaining, used to crack jokes, lead the bus in sing-a-longs on the way back, and just in general added a little "Disney Magic" to the day. Secondly, the old MNSSHP parties, right around the early 2000's, there were smoke machines and villains as soon as you walked into the park, fortune tellers in Adventureland, every ride was a walk-on, and cast members would just let you stay on in wanted to go again, and SO MUCH candy, we gave away what didn't want for trick-or-treaters on Halloween when we got home!!

There are quite a few, most of which I think have been mentioned.
Hand stamps when you left the park, old skyway, hydrolators at sea base alpha (and the pre video about the sea - very informative), bus driver sing alongs. Character meet and greets - I remember the first time ever going to Magic Kingdom and there were soooo many characters to greet us by the Mickey floral it was so special. The old Space ship earth narration. Backlot tour when the houses were there too. I am sure there are more but I have to go to work now!

I love most of the AA rides... I miss Dreamflight/If You Had Wings (although I love Buzz!), World of Motion, the original Imagination ride. I miss the very old man who used to do the sugar sculptures in Japan.. that was way before the woman did it. It's funny the stuff I hated as a kid but now appreciate as an adult.. I wish I appreciated it when I was younger.

We need time for things to happen.
I miss prices from the 90s. Partying in PI in the early 90s, Cranium Command and World of Motion. I loved Superstar Television and Animation tour.
How about 1989? I just happened to be doing some spring cleaning and came across this

While MK does like good at night today. In the 90's the park looked alot more lively, beautiful and comfortable back when the castle used to have this lighting and the tress were still around. They even used to come with lights and while they still use it for the tress at the Flag pole. It's not the same as it was after they removed them years ago.

I really minor thing but getting you hand stamped when you left the park. When I was a kid I thought it was so cool.

I'm a fatty at heart - so I also miss the old insanely gluttonous dining plan that included the appetizer and tip. We were a party of 6 so, yeah, 6 apps, 6 entrees, 6 desserts when Le Celier was still amazing and under the radar and one credit...yeah this fatty misses that :hungry::hungry:

I remember when it included the tip! That made it almost worth it! We are 6 also so that tip adds up.

I remember as a kid Epcot was my least favorite park. Now as an adult is our favorite. But as a kid I loved Horizons at Epcot.

It's all my kids' least favorite, but on our last trip (in July), my 13 year old told me he thought "maybe" he was maturing because he liked Epcot a little more now lol.
