What Disney name would you name your kids?

So, you are saying "Pumbaa" is probably not a good choice?? Dang, little Timon will be so disappointed.

:ROFLOL:

I have always loved the name Elias. I knew a woman who's sons were John and Michael.

If I have a son, I am going to name him Aaron (after his father) Elias. I love the name Elias.

I actually have a girl in my class named Ariel... as soon as I learned her name, I knew she'd be a favorite student :animwink: not that I pick favorites or anything... :D

and I think Kinley is a super cute name, definitely one to add to my list for when I have kids of my own!

I have an Ariel in class, too. I'm not sure if she was named for The Little Mermaid, but the movie would have come out about the time she was born.

We named our son Tyler.....and here is how it is linked to a Disney name......

One of my husband's favorite rides is Rock n' Roller Coaster staring Aerosmith with singer.....Steven Tyler. So, there is the name Tyler with a Disney connection.

Really, that is the way we came to get the name Tyler. We were thinking of boy Disney names and couldn't really come up with any that we liked.

For girls names we have Jasmine, Anastasia and Ariel picked out.

I had a kid in class named after Steven Tyler.

We named our son "Walter".

Walter is ADORABLE! Our dogs are named Willie, Kida, Lilo, and Stitch.

I named one of my goldfish Niles, because the Jungle Cruise is one of my favorites and it reminds me of the quote... "it goes on for niles, and niles and if you don't believe me your in de-nile".

There is also another link. On the movie "Treasure Planet", David Hyde Pierce who played Dr. Doppler also played Niles in the series "Frasier"

Having that said, I like the name Niles even for a human :)

We named our daughter Molly (after Andy's sister in Toy Story).

Unfortunately, we couldn't agree on a Disney related name for our son so he ended up being called Matthew. Can anyone think of a Matthew in a Disney film?, then I could pretend that's where it came from!!!! :ROFLOL:

 You could always name your son Phillip and call him Prince Phillip as a nickname. Unless you want your child's first name to be Prince. :lookaroun

I actually have a student named Prince. I feel very strange calling him that. Maybe it's me!

I'm too old now but if I had a son I would name him Koda from the Disney Movie Brother Bear.

My wife's name is Wendy.
Here's an interesting Trivia fact:
The name "Wendy" did not exist before the book Peter Pan was written.
It was a fictional name made up by the author.

It's also where the phrase "in the doghouse" came from! :animwink:
