What Disney character do you wish to meet but aren't seen at all?

ehh. I was there in October and was not impressed with their characters at all. In fact, I saw very few out and about.
That's because most of the characters at Paris only come out when "The Prince" is at the park. Even the Cheshire Cat and the kittens from The Aristocats are meetable at Paris and Tokyo Disney Resort.

You know what's funny?

I saw 3 "unique" characters out and about. Marie, Maleficent, and Jack Skellington. And the last two were out because it was Halloween week, which I can see at WDW during the same time period. And I have seen Marie plenty of times at WDW.

I'm a big time Scrooge McDuck fan and DVC member but can never get down there when Scrooge is meeting because I work at UPS and that's our craziest season. I hope to someday get to meet Scrooge McDuck because he is my all time favorite character across all forms of entertainment. My second biggest wish would be to meet Steamboat Willie although I've had CM's tell me that you actually can in Disneyland. Not sure if that's true or not.

The ride of The Headless Horseman is a special moment during MNSSHP, and part of me appreciates the fact that it's the only time you get to see the character in WDW, but I always thought an Ichabod/Headless Horseman meet would be perfect for the fall season. (Sans horse of course)

I think the B&W Version is only used for Fantasmic!

However depending on what room you get when you visit Mickey in Toontown you might get the Steamboat willie room...

Answered your own question there.
It's a matter of perspective. Do you have any idea how sick the Tokyo fans are of Their lineup? It never changes.

They missed ever having:
Bolt unit
Up unit
Lotso
Merida
Ralph and Vanellope
Hiro and Baymax
Joy and Sadness-Hong King got them special events only in US
Robinsons unit
Chicken little unit
Remy and Emile
Atlantis unit
Treasure planet unit
Pretty much every Disney Jr./Playhouse Disney character
Buzz (yes, buzz light year does not greet in Tokyo)

I could go on...

Lord knows WdW is stale but there's a reason you see all those Japanese girls at WDW

Define good-different? WDW has almost every character available, they just never use them. And the unique ones to the foreign parks are used sparingly, with the notable exception of the cats, the rescuers and Clarice in Tokyo.
Actually The Rescuers (Bianca and Bernard) used to be at WDW and Disneyland. I guess they are currently only in Paris and Tokyo. Also you forgot to mention Huey,Dewey, and Louie who are in Paris.

This might also explain why Duffy was popular with Japanese guests at WDW before he left.
