When I first saw the thread title, I immediately thought of Sounds Dangerous. It's a neat concept, just old and worn out. Last time we went (Jan), we ended up in a block of about 6 or 7 seats where the headphones didn't work, so we had to move around in the pitch black to find ones that did.
I will agree with Barnum and up the ante a bit: Though not attractions, both the SSE Wand AND the sorcerer's hat need to go. They ruin the look and the ambiance, especially the hat because it blocks the view of the Chinese Theater as you first walk into the Studios.
I'd also like to see a Beauty and the Beast dark ride @ MK.

Space Mountain - It is currently the worst SM on the planet (and that includes Hong Kong
). I do like it's sort of campy theme now, but it's time for an upgrade. It doesn't have to be as good as Paris' version, but it does need some help.
The Enchanted Tiki Room Under New Management - The newer show got older than the original really quick. A more traditional approach would be nice.........or Disney could easily move that nice Stitch animatronic into the center of the theater and make it a Lilo & Stitch tropical show :lookaroun
Mickey's Toontown Fair - A very nice attraction or group of smaller attractions could be placed in this washed up place. There are only 512 other places to meet the characters in the MK. I don't think losing Toontown would be that big of a deal.
Epcot:
Amen to the removal to the hideous Epcot wand.
Ellen's Energy Adventure - It's time for an update here. I think the format can still work, but Ellen's version has lost it's luster.
MGM:
Who Wants To Be A Millionare: Play It - I saw the show once and found it to be a big waste of time. The novelty has wore off and it's not a popular attraction anymore. It's not like it was built to last that long anyways. They've milked that cow as long as they can. Please put something worthwhile in there, like the Armageddon attraction in DLP.
The ABC Theater - I'd rather them turn it into a Meet and Greet as to have it empty. That theater is too big and nice to just sit there. It's also in a great location. A theater show could be put there, or the building might be big enough to put a small dark ride or something.

O.K. now this is what I would do.
Space Mountain-give it new special effects, I like both tracks so yeah, new special effects.
Stitch-get rid of this now and bring back AE! It will never work in this format for little kids. If they try leaving the lights on for the kids,it ruins the entire show. Tiki room would be much better for Stitch. dxwwf3, I like your idea of putting the great Stitch AA in the middle of the room.
Pooh-move it to a new location, but in Tokyo Disneyland's version. That way we have a much better ride and we can bring back Mr. Toad.

LOL, totally agreed. A few people think that if you don't like Dinorama you don't "get it", but I get it just fine - that doesn't mean I have to like it. Yes, it's supposed to be a cheap, crappy carnival looking thing - and it is. The thing is, I don't come to WDW to be in a crappy, carnie atmosphere - stylized or not. If it wasn't for Dinosaur the ride I wouldn't even walk through it.

I'd get rid of Sounds Dangerous and Honey, I Shrunk the Audience. HISTA, in my opinion, doesn't really measure up to the other 3D rides in terms of entertainment value, and Sounds Dangerous wasn't all that good to begin with.
I agree with the idea to bring back the original Imagination ride. I saw a video of the original and I can't understand what reasoning they would have had to replace it. At this point, they could bring it back with some new effects to make it even better.
I also agree with adding new effects to many of the classic rides, especially Haunted Mansion. I love the HM to death (no pun intended) but it is in need of some new effects.
I also think Its a Small World could benefit from some kind of hardcore rap remix.

The Great Movie Ride could be updated. I agree with the Drew Carey show. I'm not even sure why that's there to begin with.
