What are your biggest park regrets?

I did and honestly I don't understand all the fuss. I've had better steaks or just as good at my local steak restaurant and at a much better price.

How long ago? Before they started giving away Dining many of these venues were MUCH better before they began homogenizing the food to streamline and because they were being forced to give it away to pack in the masses at the resorts.

In the spring of 1994 my DF (Disney Fiancée) and I visited WDW; we decided to come back the next year for our Disney-moon, we decided to stay at the Contemporary next trip, we stayed at Dixie Landing in 1994 ( I know I’m dating myself). We also decided to not wait to ride 20K in 1994 we said we would ride it next year...surprise! They closed it in the fall of 1994.

I regret not seeing the Osborne lights last November.. I specifically planned to go at this time of year just to see the Christmas decorations for our first time and was VERY excited to take the kids to see the Osborne Lights. But alas after a long day, an overly filling supper at 50's Prime Time, and with a grumpy husband that just wanted to go back to the hotel.. I completely forgot to head back to see the lights and we left. I didn't remember until we got into our hotel and have felt sick about it ever since.

This was my first year doing the Fast Pass+ and I honestly wish I had taken one day to go to some park and NOT used Fast Pass+. I felt like we were just running to use some fast pass or running to some dining reservation. And we can't do this because we might not make it out in time to do that. I wish I had just wandered for one day.

It was before they decided it was worth two dining plan credits. I believe about the time all the dining plan started. We didn't use it for our meal. I wouldn't go again. Not that it was bad, just not worth it to me.

Ahem... This is Sam Eagle addressing the question of the day!

My biggest regret is not rising to power in The Walt Disney Company and being tapped by the Board of Directors to become CEO.

What? Oh...
biggest parks regret...
okay got it...

My biggest parks regret is the introduction of FastPass+ and the artificial queuing issues it has created.

What? Oh.... Really?
Biggest regret concerning attractions?
okay got it...

I regret what they have done to the Pavilions in Epcot. The complete toonification of the attractions in Future World and World Showcase. They have completely ripped the edutainment out and shoveled characters in with no concern for EPCOT's original purpose.

What? Oh.... Really?
Really? You're sure?
Okay got it...

I regret being marginalized in my attraction by an unfair timetable to perform my masterpiece arrangement of "A Salute to All Nations but Mostly America." I feel too much time was spent on that ridiculous creation "Waldo" and that created an artificial deficit in my prescribed time....

What? I'm out of time? I misread the question?
What? Fine!

I regret riding the current abomination that was once Journey into Imagination.

Boy I wish that title was more explicit in context

I regret not buying into DVC in 1995. I was young, had the cash and it wouldn't have even been a blip on the radar to buy it and it would have meant cheaper trips with the kids now.

We were on the fence around 2000, came close to doing it but then got gun shy when asking ourselves if we'd really ever visit enough times to even make it worth it. Fast forward 15 years and the answer is that we do visit enough. .....
