I turn 40 this year too. Matter of fact I will hit version 4.0 just 13 days before my arrival. I will be requesting Birthday and Anniversary buttons when we get there. Anniversary is just 2 days before arrival.
Happy Birthday and Anniversay! 40 is certainly a milestone and should be celebrated with JOY!
I am going to request pins to. I am having shirts made up for everyone in the family. For my 6 year old niece I am having the design done in a sun dress instead of a shirt, she love her dresses.

Yes, the Illuminations cruise. They have one to view Wishes also but, we did that a few years back. For the 10 of us the cost is not so bad.

The Illuminations cruise sounds awesome! I'm also celebrating my birthday at the World in August, and we are doing the Pirates & Pals fireworks cruise for Wishes. We're going on my birthday, but it's a surprise for my son. I can't wait!

You are going to love it!! We did it about 5 years ago, it had a different name then. The kids had a blast!!! Make sure they know it is your birthday, you will be in for a treat!

Love this question. I was just talking to my wife about this the other day. We will be celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary with a nice little dinner at Via Napoli. Oh yeah delicious pizza and those cheese fritters! We are also really excited about going to MNSSHP. (mickey's not so scary Halloween party) We went for the first time last year and it was outstanding. This trip we are splitting the first two days at Animal Kingdom Lodge then heading to Beach Club for the last 8 days. It's going to be a unique experience and I am so excited to experience two resorts on the same trip. Oh and I can't leave out the food and wine festival!!! I think what I am looking forward to most is going back to my favorite place in the world with the people I love the most.

Everything Crush said and more. This trip is special. I celebrate truning 40, my Dad 70 and one of my nieces will celebrate her 10th birthday. A trip filled with milestones and special surprises for my 3 nieces. They have no idea we will see Illuminations on the private boat cruise or attend the dessert party. We are also going on th Family Magic tour and they have no clue. I can't wait to soak up all of their excitement. As an Aunt I can believe how fast they are growing and that Mom and Dad aren't getting any younger. These special moments mean the world and I can't wait to share with them. There will be 10 of us sharing some true magic moments. I wish I could the days in slow motion, I don't want to miss a thing.

That's going to be an amazing trip, Lulabell. So many birthdays and so many memories to be had. I love the big family trips to WDW.

I'm working on a mechanism as we speak about slowing time down when we are in disney. Just working the kinks out now. The parts were expensive and took forever to fly in. I'll send it to you for your trip for a soft opening you'll have to let me know if it needs any refurbishments.;)

Thanks Shark! Disney really has a great way of just adding that special touch, the icing on the cake, so to speak.

I will be glad to test this new mechanism for you and work out the kinks. As long as there is no fast foward button, I am in! :D

Going down for your 1 year anniversay! You are going to have a blast! There is no better place to celebrate. I am going to be married 5 years in September and it seems like we were just married yesterday! Life flys by so quickly, each moment is genuine and special, enjoy it! :)

Fourteen glorious days of family, fun, relaxation, total immersion into the Disney magic. No cranky customers, no ringing phones, no worries or cares. Just wake up and enjoy the entire day and evening. Go to bed totally exhausted and dream of whats to come the next day. Find ways to spend my hard saved money and splurge on myself and family.

We need time for things to happen.
First I'm looking forward to getting down to double digits..(105 days away)
Then I'm looking forward to the week before...that awesome anticipation...just getting all my ducks in a row for our trip.
Then I'm looking forward to hitting MK for our first walk down main Street...
Then I'm looking forward to 7 nights of awesome WDW dinners after 7 k*ck days in the parks.

yup. can't wait.

FIRST visit to Poly as a guest... should be exciting! Honestly though, I get flamed for my opinions on food at WDW. I'm always interested in trying new places to see if they can help me break the mold on my opinion, which to be honest is rather low. I'm just lucky enough to live in a major metropolitan city home to many diverse ethnic cultures and their cuisine.

1.) California Grill
2.) Ohana

Hopefully my first visits to these establishments will bode well.
Me too! I can't wait for the POLY!:)

Most everything at Disney was impressive. The food...restaurants, quality of service, efficiency, and selection was what made the largest and most favorable impression on me.

E X P E N S I V E .... hahaha
;)Yes, but w/ free dining it's not so bad. We went to Hawaii on our honeymoon, and we wanted to go back, but it's really not a place to take 8 year old kids. My parents could babysit, but not for a whole week! So... the only other idea I had was staying @ the POLY, and my husband agreed!:D
