If you've stayed at FW, you'd really think they were an eyesore...esp. the netting, poles, etc. at Discovery Island that needs to be removed...and while River Country doesnt appear to be that bad from a distance, the recent photos posted on another board show that it should be properly demo'd...and again its "bad show" too me to have extinct attractions within guest view.

I have always thought that the landscaping/themeing around 7 Seas away from the resorts, esp. that visible from the beam, has always been a little lacking...I know that MK and the castle are the "weenies" that should draw your attention...not everyone has that view all the time, or looks away and there are visible "flaws" while on the beams, like the bad/dated shape the TTA really is in.

I have scene th photos but you can't see any of that stuff from FW only a few buildings.

I still don't see how you think DI is an eye sore?

Or any Disney Park. How is it unique to a entertainment venue?

I want it gone!

AS DO i BUT IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN. So retheme it with coo futuristic electric cars into the highway to TL. It is the only Highway between FL and TL. Put in cool road signs and a futuristic cityscape. They could also have coo billboards and the cars would have sensors to trigger the radio. That would have some original music, and commercials for stuff in TL. Like one for a performance of Sunny Eclipse and one you enter TL the The Tomorrow Land Transit Authority offers it's state of the art transportation system the People Mover, with blue red and green lines to take you where ever you nee to go.

I still don't see how you think DI is an eye sore?

True dat on not being able to see RC falling apart...and its the DI nets and poles that are still out there that really to me that are a "turn off"...granted its state makes the temptation of landing out there probably more of a deterrent than the repeated warnings from watercraft rental spots.

My comments are based on the "What's that?" questions from uninformed guests. And evenutally RC is going to have to be demoed, and the longer they wait, the more its going to cost.

I have always felt there REALLY shouldn't be shuttered attractions and extinct infrastructures within open view of guests...too me that's "bad show" and reflects the digression that has happened to some of the things that Walt would have never allowed in the maintenance and appearance side of the property.

and eyesores that need removed, I agree with stitch, and how about monsters laugh floor?
