The Sci-Fi Dine-In Theatre at the Studios was the best burger I have ever had! And the milk shakes are pretty good too :slurp: !
Not to mention the coolest atmosphere of any disney eatery! The unofficial guides to disney are ridiculously harsh! They say the food at the sci-fi is HORRIBLE! They are way off!

I didn't agree with the Unofficial Guide either. I thought the burgers were very good, and the sci-fi movie clips kept my 4-yr-old entertained throughout the entire meal. We think the whole theme of the restaurant is great.

I loved Sci-Fi when I went there. And their hamburgers are great. (not on the dinner menu but the server was VERY nice when I asked for one 
). *tries to remember what else she had there* It was good though lol.. That's all I remember.. and the fact that I had food left over. That time I had a dinner but it apparently didn't phase me as much as the hamburger did hehe. Actually I was with my boyfriend at the time so .. I was rather distracted hehe.
Another great place in general is Cinderella's Royal Table. And they have cute mickey straws
. *yes I'm an adult.. promise.* The food is great and the atmosphere is so beautiful. And they make you feel like royalty.
The Village Haus in fantasyland has great hamburgers as well.

Beaches and Cream at Y&B. The best burger in the World. Good shakes too. The waitress will spilt them for you so you can share and they are as big as each getting your own shake. We go each year and always get the same waitress, Darlene!!!
BTW I don't understand what others see in Sci-Fi. If we ever go again I will try the burger instead of the overpriced only O.K steak that you had to eat in the dark. I am not trusting enough to eat food I can't see well. Made that mistake eating a peach while wachting a movie and well lets just say it wasn't pretty!!! There is just too many other restrants to try before I go back.

We will be eating at Beaches and Cream during our November trip, so I am glad to hear this! I can't wait to try the Kitchen Sink dessert either. :slurp: Good thing I will have my son & sister to help me eat it. I hear it is huge!

Yeah Angel....burgers are only on the lunch menu but can be gotten for the asking at dinner...
...dinner menu has a below average steak and, like PHD said, overpriced....so we limit our visits to lunch at the Sci-fi and go off property to steak houses for reasonably priced filet mignon.
...the atmosphere in the Sci-fi is 'groovy' and quite reminiscent of an era gone bye bye.

Anyways... on a completely other note I just had a WONDERFUL dinner at DCA with my sweetheart.. *smiles*... if you come to the DLR resort... eat at DCA lol... that's where all the sit downs are besides the Blue Bayou.
