Sending you some pixie dust but looking at the current promotions, that time is blocked off for a reason. The current free dining, as you said, is not eligible, and the 30% off discount ends before that date.

If you're a AAA member, there's usually a 10% discount on room only reservations year round.

They haven't released any discounts for that time yet, but I would expect them later this month (maybe) or next month. Currently there is a Florida resident rate thru August 14th and an everybody rate thru September 29th. I'm not really expecting anything until after August 14th.

I'd say slim to none, as that spans Columbus Day weekend.
