Steve, I've viewed the "calendar" and the "private events" facility as you mentioned. Yes, there is indeed a function for posting your own event, HOWEVER, it tends to get lost in amongst (and clutter up) everyones birthday dates (although it is in a different font colour)

What I am proposing is a Forum (perhaps titled Future Visits) within the Walt Disney World section. Upon opening up the section the viewer sees the next 12 months of the year (ie currently starting with Sept '02 and going down to Aug '03). Each month can be opened up and the viewer can see the threads posted by the members visiting WDW that month. (My entry would be under April '03) Members can then respond to this thread - wishing them well, asking for photos/ride videos, confirming rumours or possibly arranging a meeting of members in "The World" via the forums.

It would be easier to find than continually searching through "Chit Chat" as now. From your point of view it would just need updating once a month ( deleting the Sept '02 thread at the beginning of October and adding Sept '03 at the end).

Can it be done, would it be a worthwhile addition ??
