All right. I guess I should have a few prefaces before I start so you won't get lost.

1) We stayed at CBR in the Barbados section. I thought the walk to OPR would take forever, but it was a very nice walk. My parents slept so much and did everything THEIR way, which was good.

2) My best friend who came with us turned 21 last week and I told her she should get birthday buttons because it would be fun. She wouldn't, so I ended up using the ones I got anyway to show her how cool it would be. Turns out I enjoyed wearing the button from Epcot too much. I didn't get to go for my birthday and had a rather crappy birthday so this was my long overdue trip.

Ok, anyway...

Friday, April 22- Epcot and DTD

My parents stayed in while my brother, sister, friend and I got to Epcot at around 10:30. We went straight to get FP's for TT and then got in line for M:S. When we were heading into Epcot, there were soooo many tour buses getting in too. I knew it was Grad Nite weekend, but I didn't know they plus all these other groups were coming too. The crowds were horrible. Not necessarily the lines, but the crowds. Anyway, while in line for M:S we came across these groups and many of them were annoying. Whatever. M:S was fun, and my friend wanted to ride it again later.

We then headed to the Land to ride Soarin. The CM at the entrance warned us the wait was 90 minutes, but very enthusiastically told us the wait was well worth it. We got in line, but 20 minutes after got let out because it broke down. We were given FP's to come back later, good for up to 6 guests. That was perfect because my parents could ride also. Therefore, we went to JIYI, which I've always enjoyed. Then we headed to TLS, which I haven't been to in almost 10 years . It was really nice, and I liked seeing Nemo and his friends. I didn't get to see Turtle Talk because the lines were insane. My sister and friend got to see a dolphin and for them mission accomplished

After TLS, we did SSE and then ate lunch at the Electric Umbrella. We went into Mouse Gear and we saw Minnie's butterfly garden. It was a real nice exhibit, and I took a couple of pictures of butterflies on the flowers, but I didn't realize they came out blurry. Oh well. Our FP's for TT came up so we went on and then took another turn on M:S. By this time my parents had arrived (almost 4 pm) and we headed to Soarin'. What can I say about Soarin'? Simply amazing. Everyone clapped and I cannot wait to ride it again. Even my mom, who does not care too much for the rides, came out loving it and wanting to ride it again :D

When we finished Soarin' we headed to Canada to begin walking around WS. My parents and siblings wandered while my friend and I went ahead and walked into every shop around WS. My family finally caught up with us while we rode Maelstrom. We went into Mexico together and while the "kids" did El Rio del Tiempo, my parents watched el Mariachi Cobre.

We were done with Epcot, so we headed to DTD. DTD was uneventful so let me backtrack a little. Remember the birthday button? Well I had it on at TT and while we were in the car putting on our seatbelts my friend and I heard noises. I looked up and the operator was going "psst" and he mouthed "happy birthday" to me. I mouthed "thank you" back and thought that was the end of it. Turns out when we got off, the same guy was going "psst" and saying "happy birthday" to me. So weird, but oh well

At Norway, it was very cute. The guy at Maelstrom said Happy Birthday and asked me if I wanted to be in the front. I said sure and I thanked him. He was cuuute :slurp: . Then at the end this girl CM started singing Happy Birthday to me on the microphone. I laughed and thanked her. That was very nice :D

That's it for Friday, I shall come back later to talk about the rest

Saturday, April 23- MGM

We got to MGM at around the same time as Epcot, give or take half an hour. We headed to RnRC to get FP's and then did ToT. That ride scares me more and more every time I go on it :hammer:. My friend wouldn't stop talking about it, so I knew we had to ride it again later. We had time left over to do GMR before RnRC. I thought my friend would be bored but she liked the fact that it was interactive. We finally rode RnRC and the look on my friend's face showed that the launch caught her off guard

After RnRC we headed to Millionaire and we got the same great host we've gotten every time: Michael. He is such a great host, and adorable to boot :slurp: It was starting to sprinkle so we power walked to Indiana Jones: Epic Stunt Spectacular. It was a shortened version, and I'm assuming it was because of the rain. Oh well, I wasn't missing out on much IMHO.

We ate at Backlot Express and then headed to Star Tours. Fun, but of course needs an upgrade. We saw Muppet-Vision 3-D which my friend enjoyed. I only started to see this again last year and it really is funny  It started to pour again so we headed into a couple of shops and Pizza Planet. While we had the chance, we went to Walt Disney: One man's dream and lingered in there. I felt so bad for the CM's because they were having technical difficulties. Among them was the sound, because their microphone on the podium wasn't working and you could only understand half of what they were saying.

After Walt Disney: One Man's Dream, we ducked under the Sorcerer's Hat because it poured even more. When it finally let up we headed to the Backlot Tour. LMAX wasn't going on but we saw guys rehearsing with a couple of motorcycles and a car. One of the guys on the motorcycle saw me pointing at the stands and how big the theater was and he must've thought I was pointing at him because he nodded his head in a "What's up?" kind of way. Hard to explain  Since we finished everything and had about an hour to spare before Fantasmic, we did ToT again. I had never noticed a ghostly figure while we were dropping. It reminded me of Little Leota at the end of HM, but much creepier. Again the ride scared the bejesus out of us.

We saw Fantasmic, and I don't care what anyone says, this is a great show. Out of all the nightime shows, fireworks, whatever, this is my absolute favorite. And I enjoy it more and more everytime I see it. After Fantasmic, we had time to ride ToT one last time in the nighttime. Again, freaked out  We got on the bus to CBR and got there at around 10:30. Long day and Sunday we'd be getting up earlier to have time to do MK before leaving.

Sunday, April 24- MK

Ok, last day :(

We got to MK at around 9. I wanted to be there for the Opening Ceremony, but we didn't make it in time. Oh well. We headed to SGE, and my friend found it scary and funny. She never did AE, so she had nothing to compare it to. I still enjoy it :D My brother had gotten FP's for SM so we killed time by doing the TTA and Buzz. Oh yeah, it was in the 50s, 60s yesterday and we were pretty cold. I used a jacket for a couple of hours but overall the day was beautiful. Up on the TTA, the wind was blowing fiercely  Anyway, we did Buzz (I still cannot score high on that ride...my friend, who's only done it 3 times, did better than me). We rode SM and we all felt it to be a lot rougher. A lot of fun nonetheless.

We headed to Philarmagic and walked right in it. I love that show. Well duh, it features Donald :D We had just enough time to meet my parents and make it to the front of the castle for Cinderellabration at 11:40 and what a nice show. My mom, sister, and I greatly enjoyed it, and I took some pretty good pictures. By this time I noticed we were doing real well by noon at MK. The only backtracking we had to do was for Cinderellabration. Otherwise, we walked forward and not backward. We did IASW, and I loved how nice it looks now and how clear everything sounded. One thing I noticed was that the little surfer boy didn't have his Livestrong bracelet on anymore. I wanted to take a picture of that, but oh well.

We did HM while my mom perused the shops some more (her favorite part of WDW), and then met for lunch at Pecos Bill. The lines in there were CRAZY that CM's had to stand outside letting a certain amount of people in at a time. Getting tables to eat was crazier, but we managed to find one and have a nice lunch. My brother had gotten a turkey leg after getting FP's for Splash so he met up with us while we were eating. After eating we did Splash and it was of course a lot of fun. Our second-to-last ride was BTMRR, which supposedly had a 65 minute wait. We waited for half an hour  This ride felt rougher too but maybe it's just me. We finished everything by 3:30 and took the Walt Disney Railroad back to Main Street. We got back to Miami at around 8:30, so we made great time.

Souvenirs? Well, my mom bought me a couple of things from Philarmagic for my car :D A license plate, a license plate frame, and a keychain all saying I was a member of Donald's fan club :D And it's all blue so it matches my car yay :sohappy:

Well, that's about it. Hope you enjoyed my ramblings and my only advice to future WDW-goers is to please do Soarin! Such a great family ride and you'll be left in awe when you go on it. This doesn't apply to DL-goers because you know what I'm talking about ::coughroxxycough:: :animwink:

Tower of Terror three times!! I can't leave MGM unless I ride it three times. My favorite ride :sohappy: Glad you had fun!! I can't wait till I go in August to ride Soarin' and Tower again. I was the only one in my party to notice the ghosts in the drop shaft when we rode it last year :D

Last time, we saw all the ghosts right before they shot us up again. This time I was waiting for that, but instead got that ghost woman or whatever on the right hand side which I genuinely screamed at when I saw it. The third time we rode it we saw both that and the ghosts tricking you into thinking the ride was over
