Westgate Town Center -Kissimmee

Anyone hear about this or stay? My inlaws are thinking of staying there because my MIL's mom has some timeshare and they can stay there for a week for under $200 for the entire trip. Sounds good but I saw mixed reviews and am worried about transportation to the parks, park hopping, timeshare pitching, etc.

The rooms are nice but wow is the staff mean. My husband and I did a timeshare tour here and my parents did also. Great breakfast but they were so rude, crude and mean!!! I had never been so insulted in my whole like and just because we said were werent interested. The same thing happened to my parents different day and different people. But if you dont have to take a tour its a nice place. I think they have scheduled schuttles to the parks.

I tried finding information online about the shuttles but nothing!

I am not sure if they have to do the timeshare thing? How did you know?

I am against them staying there but they can't get over the price?! I only once stayed off property but I was young and didn't have kids to get back and forth to the parks!

The reviews on trip adviser are not so good! Many say its noisy and very crowded. My in laws go to bed early!!

I called the place and the operator said that there is scheduled buses that run 2x in the am and 2x at night but the last bus comes back before the park closes? And it only drops you at Epcot.

I read too that sometimes the buses are too full and your out of luck?

How much is it to park in the parks?

I don't know about that property but I believe parking is $14/day at the parks now. The buses sound awful. I'd suggest renting a car but then they've got to pay that $14/day to park.

We had a miserable stay there a few years back. Nice rooms, but would lilke my time back I wasted dealing with the timeshare bull. Avoid this place!!:hurl:

I heard that the pools get used all through the night an no one really does anything about.
