Something else (I know that I'm being annoying :p) is that I can't actually click on the "Forums" word at the top of the page. I can only click "Forum Home" to get to the main forum page. It's just that I'm so used to being able to click on the button and having it take me right to the main forum page.
You can hit 'Forums' in the breadcrumb trail near the top, or on the forum menu. No need to get up to the blue nav bar.

Yeah I noticed that too. And I'm not sure if it used to be like this or not as k didn't really pay attention :p but I saw that that drop down forum menu doesn't include the newer ones (like the TV shows movies and music, cars, etc.)

We’ve been hard at work completely rewriting WDWMAGIC to make the site easier to use and more accessible on today’s wide variety of devices.

The goal of the redesign was to first put all the information right at your fingertips. We’ve reworked the navigation bar to remain on screen at all times, allowing you to quickly find information from a choice of categories, or stay up to date on the latest news and construction projects.

The new look homepage at http://www.wdwmagic.com contains highlights of all the site’s content, with the current news featured first, along with the most recently added photos and videos. There is also a handy ‘Today at the Parks’ section which gives you an overview of what is happening in the parks today - including park hours, Extra Magic Hours, special events, refurbishments and weather.

The restaurant menus at http://www.wdwmagic.com/dining.htm have been given a complete overhaul, with all menus updated with current information, complete with the ability to ‘like’ and ‘dislike’ individual dishes on a menu to help others in choosing.

Our next goal was to make the site responsive to all device types. There is now no need to access either a desktop version of the site, or a mobile version of the site. The site will adapt itself to best work on whatever device you are using. Not only does the position of the content fit to the device, we also vary the amount of content displayed at a time, optimize image sizes for the type of device, and even serve extra resolution images for ‘retina’ class display devices such as iPad and iPhone.

Finally, we wanted to give photos http://www.wdwmagic.com/photos.htm and videos http://www.wdwmagic.com/videos.htm more of an impact, so you’ll find those to be much larger than before and easier to view.

The WDWMAGIC forums share the updates given to the main site, with the new static navigation menu, responsive design to accommodate any device type, and a refreshed look.

We are not finished yet with the redesign. Next up will be a brand new iOS app, and more enhancements throughout the site.

We hope you enjoy using the new WDWMAGIC for all your Walt Disney World news and information needs. If you have any difficulties with the site, or have any comments, you can leave a message on the discussion forums, or send us an email at http://www.wdwmagic.com/contact.htm
Too Much White. It's very harsh on the eyes. Otherwise it looks nice. If you can create a toggle for the background color it would help quite a bit. It's also important to know that white backgrounds eat batteries on electronic devices like cell phones and iPads.

If you select "dimmed" on Style Chooser, it helps a lot.

I think that's a good thing, because I can click it to navigate when on mobile and it doesn't take me right to the main forum page.

I love it! Esp the full width version. And I'm using the dimmed version but it's still too harsh on my eyes. I really miss the old "blue-ish" tinted version. Is there a way to incorporate that into one of the background options? :)

I like the design layout, but I really don't like the font.

I'm finding the font very hard on the eye and I never have any accessibility issues. What is it?
It would be great if you could customisable.

How about some optimization of space at the top of threads in the mobile view? Here is a side by side of a vanilla site and the WDWMagic site.. adjusted so the graphic header isn't a factor..

A good 20% of that is padding... the page icons are also not fitting well to stay on one line
