so...bummer news for me...looks like I'm gonna have to get my wisdom teeth out sooner, rather than later. I have a consultation booked for July 11 to get my teeth looked at, since I woke up this morning in quite some pain. Got ice packs on my mouth to help curb the swelling and pain...it's kind of helping too.

DBF has to have his out soon too. His dentist told him almost a year ago and he's been putting it off ever since. He has his consultation next Wednesday (his birthday!! :hammer: ) so it'll probably be soon.

Oh sweetie, I'm sorry....I know that wasn't what you wanted to hear, but in the end you will feel so much better not having to deal with that anymore. Do they know how soon after your consultation you can get scheduled?

I know...it's just stinky that I"ve gotta do it. Especially with the aversion I have to needles and unknown pain. I don't know how soon after the consultation I'll be getting it done. It will probably be the end of July or early middle of August. The Dr. has appts. going really far out, considering the July 11 appt is quite a few weeks away.

I have a consultation for my 'procedure' on the 10th, and two weeks later the fun begins. I think they're putting me out for mine (at least I hope so). :dazzle:

Just don't do it 2 days before Christmas like I did...I missed out on all the yummy food and looking like a cross between Hilary Clinton & a Cabbage Patch kid in the pictures that year.
And take it from the girl who is allergic to pain (and needles), it really wasnt' so bad. The laughing gas is cool. :lol: I got double cuz I "came to" in the middle of it, so I was really juiced up when they were done.
