Now, let's get to the good part! We are going on a trip! But not WDW...*gasp!!!

We are going to the land that the hard core pixie dusters won't mention or speak of. Kinda like saying Valdermorts name in a Harry Potter movie.

Ok, was that enough of a hint? If not, we are going to Universal Studios (Orlando)!

Who is going?

First up we have your favorite trip reporters favorite trip reporter, the prognosticator of prognosticators, the peoples champ, the white tee v neck president, your boy, 9000!

Joining me will be my perfectly well mannered wife, C!

Where: Loews Portifino Bay

When: that's proprietary, but I've stored the info on a document and placed it next to a sports car in a garage which is more secure than Fort Knox (I couldn't help myself).

We had a Genie for Remmy but C was hungry so.we stopped at France F&G booth ans got cheese bread thing

It was ridiculously good! I think it was goat cheese in there.


And they have DOUBLE 1664 taps! @Darstarr would be pleased.

As we snacked and drank we watched this friendship get pushed in by another boat. It must have broke.down?

Day 4 continued

We had a great ride on Remmy and then it was time to tour the countries.

I stopped in Germany for a weisbeer. Tje kiosk had 3 beers avaiable that day. The weisbeer, which is light in color. The dark pilsner, dark in color and the standard pilsner, light in color. I had a good laugh as the guy in front of me asked the server, "tell me more about these beers". The (German) server/CM replied, "these two are light , this one is dark". The guy/customer clearly was looking for a more in depth explanation but realized the German CM had finished describing them so he just played it cool, nodded his head and said, "great, I'll have the dark one".

The CM was not being rude. I think it was more of a culturally appropriate response since in Germany they don't have 87 different beer types and flavors.

As I stepped to order, I asked for a weisbeer and the CM smiled and said ? "Good, good" with a smile. Hopefully I restored some good credit for us stupid gringo beer drinkers in the USA

Frozen was a short wait but access was denied as C wanted a margarita from The Cave. She knows FEA is low key my fav but she shafted me harder than @cfry06

Soon she was happy with an El Diablo in hand!

After our drinks we celebrated the Grand Fiesta

Day 4!

After a lovely evening at the Stuidios we decided we needed a Lil more Disney so I made park reservations for Epcot the next day!

Did this trip report just get a lot cooler since it's a Disney day??? I think so. Lets goooo!

We arrived at Ecpot and it was time to ride! We got shafted by @cfry06 who saw us on our way in and said nothing!!! (Jk, )

We actually got Everybody Wants to Rule World for our song which was a perfect fit for this TR!

I never got the on ride pic. So you're just gonna have to take my word that we rode it. Or take @cfry06 's word since they saw me but me completely ignored me! Listen here, @cfry06 , I'm like Glen Close in Fatal Attraction

Day 4 continued

We needed a snack after Grand Fiesta and since we were in Mexico...

We got the vampire taco with corn and also the spicy street corn on the cobb.

Both were very good and I highly recommend them.

We headed towards England next. I stopped for another Blanche in Canada and then we visited the shops in jolly old England

Amd here's the man himself, for all the twinnings te nerds

We still.had quite an appetite so we decided on lunch in a different location that would require the Riff Raff Express!

We cut through the gift shop near IG and I spotted this Lil gem

My mom would get the Birnbaums books when we were younger and it would keep us entertained on the ride down to Disney when we were kids. This was the cell phone/iPad for our generation in the car (when going to WDW)

Any guesses on where we were going for lunch???
