I always snap a picture of that on the way in. I have even done it while driving and they have always turned out perfect. Got one on my desk at work to keep me going.... I dont think I'd try parking to get a picture. Cars come too fast and there's no place to do it.

great idea turn on your flashers on the car slow down and stop to check the hood. so while hes looking under the hood or pretends to you snap the picture when you check on what was supposedly wrong with the car and take a few snapshots of the car just to be safe. wink wink.

That's a tiny tradition for my visits, as well: trying to get the perfect "moving car picture" of the sign.

Has anyone noticed a LARGE brown stain on the Osceola ones and the one by the Earful Tower? (I-4?) Looks like lightening, and it's really bad show.

The Earful Tower entrance is the one of US-192, I hadn't noticed the brown marks on this sign but it was not lighting up yesturday. They had a repair van there within hours though working on it so should be okay again today.

Which reminds me, they switched out one of the motors on the large Tower of Terror Advert just beyond Disney's Hollywood Studios entrance a few days ago. It was working absolutely fine the day before so I don't know if it was regular maintenance or if it had broken earlier that day. Had a big crane parked up to install it.

I don't think there needs to be a parking lot (or anything for that matter) built to encourage photo ops on a frequently used road.

Go to the DTD entrance sign.

ToT sign looked fine a week or so ago. Love that thing. One of the little landmarks that tell you "We are HERE!!".
