Okay, this is the first I've posted since the whole Marvel/Disney thing....aren't there Marvel things over at Universal? Not that it matters to me, as long as Spidey isn't doing meet-n-greets next to Mickey. JMO :shrug:

Waiting for hubby to get home from his first day at the new job. So hopeful it went well.

And yes...Spidey and gang (well some of them) are part of Universal...it's really gonna be interesting to see what happens because of that...

Also...I agree...I don't mind the buyout so much, I'm just really not happy about them being in the parks...with the minor exception of possibly DHS...although I still am not 100% sure how I feel about it.

We're not into comic book stuff here (yet), but Joel likes Fantastic Four movies....he would love to see the Thing - I just expected it would be when we would eventually go to Universal. Yeah...I'm not really into the comic book thing either...so I think that's why I'm not super excited over here...

And I have no idea what Universal is thinking, but I'm guessing it sounds a lot like map or pit...:lol:

Hee....how is everyone this evening?

Mike survived his first day of work...said he feels like a fish out of water right now. But the guy he's basically having to follow around has a son w/ Asperger's, so there's a connection there. His son is older though, he's finished college. However, he currently working in a factory and totally happy with it. Likes the sameness and the routine of it. Makes me wonder about Joel's future....wonder where it will take him.
