I use to be the same way till I got to college and then I realized I couldn't avoid it because if I didn't take cold or allergy meds I'd never have gone to class...:shrug:

I think so. :lol: Nose congestion is pretty much gone & just have a mild cough. Feeling a little nausea but that could hust be from lunch.That would be Dot who is leaving tomorrow, not Betty.

Did you use the neti pot?
I would love to try one of those! I did a similar thing once, just using a saline spray in one nostril while moving my head around in order to make it come out the other. Sounds gross, but it's really not. And it works!
