Hi All

I'm out in Orlando in 15 days time. I've been keeping my eye on the weather via Yahoo for the last couple of months. All I see is thunder storms and more thunder storm and a temperature of about 70-80 deg.

Is this accurate? Is the weather really that bad? Is the Temperature really 70-80 deg. This sound a little low... ok a dam site warmer than the UK but when ever I've been to Orlando in the past it's always been 90-105 deg. Except for the trip in January when it was freezing.

Universal used to have this really cool web cam that I checked the weather in Orlando but that gone now. So can someone please give me a weather report please!

Cheers
The Juggler.

if you are going around this time of the year, expect tempatures from 85-95 during the day and around 70-75 at night. and be prepared for rain. rain is common during most afternoons during the summer and part of the fall. i was at the world all summer and it rained nearly every day. but i actually kind of liked it, because it cooled things off and cleared out some of the rides. if you don't let it bother you, then the rain can actually have advantages. :)

The Juggler.

I think the 70-80 degrees is the nightime temperature. It's almost 79 degrees right now...at 9:30 PM...after a rain storm! The heat index has been around 100 most of this week (heat index=what it FEELS like) so it is not "cool" in any sense of the word. And yes, it can still be rainy and stormy in September...it doesn't really get "dry" until November or December. (unless we're in a drought)

Thanks for the update. It doesn't sound quite as bad as it looks on yahoo then.

HAPPY SNAPPER: Today there will be weather almost everywhere. So be prepared!!

How did I know you would be from the UK when I read this!
Do you work for the met office by any chance?

You don't go to WDW for the weather - you go for the parks and the atmosphere. Ok hot sunny weather and no rain does help. Hope you get your forecast and have a good time.
