Is it acceptable for a female to wear a one piece bathing suit and shorts over it at any of the non-water parks or do they enforce a dress code?

We just left for a long drive home after the 3:00 Parade in MK. I am starting to think the dress code isn't enforced much at all. While it was very hot and humid this week the amount of skin show was gross and 90% inappropriate. Just today the mother of family next to us CHH had on Capri leggings and a sports bra. No shirt at all just a sports bra. We saw so many butt cheeks from shorts cut so shorts I was wondering if perhaps there was a contest to see how much cheek could be exposed and still have a garment called shorts and not panties. Noticed several loose fitting tanks meant to be worn with sports bras worn over normal bras with 50% or more of the bra showing. I am in good shape and wear current cute outfits and still manage to keep myself covered, it's not that hard.
Am not commenting because my darlings were exposed to nudity or anything like that. I am commenting because the definition shorts and tops that Disney seems to follow is so loose that your one piece will most likely cover more than some tops.
I just feel like it makes the guest wearing such revealing outfits look trashy and the park look trashy.

To answer your question I saw a
Few bathing suits with shorts and a garment that was between a shirt and cover up. So yeah they passed the dress code with an attempt of a shirt over the bathing suit, toss an extra shirt in your bag Just to be sure.

I think you may have hit on why a lot of people get away with what they are wearing in the parks.

They come through the gates looking perfectly presentable and everything covered by doing a layered look.

After awhile off comes the layers and *Presto-chango* half nekkid guest mode !

The other thing is they want to avoid any issues that remotely look like sexual harassment/discrimination. Sad little world out there boys and girls...

Kinda sad since back in the day people used to dress up nice and formally to go to Disney. Not anymore.

The thing is, I would think a tank top would be more comfortable anyway. Tank tops are generally lighter and more breathable than a swimsuit. Since there are basically only two rides out of all four parks where you might get wet, I would say it's more of a hassle than necessary to bring an extra shirt just on case. I'd just wear the tank top to start with and not worry about it.
