BTW, did I read on previous SWW posts that Darth's Mall will be in a different location? I've told my future son-in-law (who is an even bigger SW geek than me) all the amazing SW stuff he can find in there.

YES! new location for Darth Mall and they broke it down into parts, Watto's Grotto with the usual Disney Star Wars souvenirs and X-Wing collectibles showcasing collectibles and themed tech, and the Prop Shop with classic toys and t-shirts. The new location is the former warehouse from the Backlot Tour.

I think the only Star Wars costume that might not give you heatstroke is Princess Leia in her Jabba prisoner get up.

Such a costume could be a very good thing or a very bad thing... I've seen some of the star wars fans and I'm not sure I would want to see the much of some of them.
