I had to google what cheer bows even were so I’m no help on their installation.

Bummer that CSR didn’t end up working out. Who knows- it could have been sold out even if your TA got back to you right away.

Yeah, it's hard to say what the availability was over the weekend... but yesterday morning I asked her to add on trip insurance and pay the trip off with my card on file... but no world on that either. I'm guessing she's been hanging out at the apple store some more.

No offense to you because I know you're giving her the benefit of the doubt.... but that's a dumb excuse. The absolute least she could have done was reply to the text or remembered the email and replied to the text or replied to the email on her phone, and told you about the computer problems up front. There's no way she spent 5 hours at the apple store and didn't have a few spare minutes during that time to return some client emails on her phone to at the very least let them know what's up.

Yeah, I agree... I think part of her problem is her agency has gotten too big (she owns it) and she's starting to lose that personalized service. This trip will be the last one I book with her.

I had to get my phone fixed at Verizon one time, took me three hours. But almost all of that time was sitting on their uncomfortable benches in the too bright sun while they did something to the phone they didn't need me for.

I definitely wouldn't use her again. I'm sorry she's bringing frustration to an otherwise happy and exciting experience.

I've been to the apple store... I love my iPhone, but sometimes when they are having problems, they can be a real pain to solve, even for the genius. Or they think the problem is solved, send you home, and you find out it's not. Then you get to start all over again.

Well still hadn't heard from her about adding Trip Insurance and paying the balance off today... So I resent the email with the terms, "2nd attempt" on my subject line. She said she got the first email, but only saw the first half of the email, and not the 2nd. So just now she got it paid off right away, and added the insurance. So we are all paid!

I'm glad this didn't dampen your spirits. I would be so darn frustrated with her.

I really am... but I swear last year and even this year, she hasn't been like this.. she's been super responsive every time. So besides technology issues... I dunno if she has something else going on, or what, but you never know what someone is going through right?

Well I think I got hubby on board with the "tentative" Boma reservation I made for dinner on our Animal Kingdom day. I read him the menu and he said, "Um YES PLEASE" LOL... not sure what I'm going to eat as I don't like curry, but I'm sure there are enough random items that I can find to make up a meal for myself.

I'm excited to see the lodge, and maybe check out some of the animals while we are there.

You will definitely find plenty to eat at Boma; there may be a few dishes with curry but it is not the majority.

We love Boma! You will find plenty to eat. My daughter is not an adventurous eater by any means and Boma is one of her favorite places to eat. The chicken and ribs are always a favorite and they have really delicious soups. You also must try the zebra domes - so yummy!
